This year the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) will be hosting the Virtual Coaches’ Caucus (VCC) a dynamic, interactive, online gathering of NFHCA members and field hockey coaches.

What is it?

The VCC will combine NFHCA business meetings and professional development sessions. Attendees will also have opportunities to meet with NFHCA sponsors and vendors.

The NFHCA’s Ready2Coach Clinics sponsored by AstroTurf® will return this year to provide recorded on-field instructional sessions to VCC attendees.

Where is it?

The entirety of the VCC will take place on the NFHCA’s VCC Digital Hub — an online platform which will house all of the digital webinars and meetings.

When is it?

The VCC will take place from January 5 to January 10.

NFHCA collegiate members will participate in their legislative meetings on January 5, 6, and 7 with Friday, January 8 being a day off for attendees.

The VCC will resume on Saturday, January 9 with the NFHCA General Membership Meeting, High School and Club Breakout Meetings, keynote speakers, and Ready2Coach clinics sponsored by AstroTurf®.

The VCC will conclude on Sunday, January 10 with featured speakers and more Ready2Coach sessions.

Who will be there?

The VCC will host attendees from across the field hockey community as registration is open to NFHCA college, high school, club, and affiliate members.

The NFHCA is excited to present a dynamic list of speakers and presentations for the VCC:

The Ready2Coach Clinics leaders will be announced soon.

How do I register?

Registration for the VCC will open next week — registration information will be sent directly to NFHCA members.

Institutions will be able to bundle their coaching staff into one, flat registration fee. The collegiate coaching staff bundle will be offered for $125 and the high school and club coaching bundle will be offered for $75. Affiliate members (friends of the game, umpires, administrators, lifetime members, junior high coaches) may also register to attend for $50.

Only paid 2020-2021 NFHCA members will be eligible to register to attend the VCC.
