The NFHCA serves as the recognized leader in naming All-American field hockey student-athletes. The All-American teams are made up of student-athletes that represent the highest level of field hockey players with regard to the nominating criteria. NFHCA member coaches have the opportunity to nominate their student-athletes each fall. Over 170 student-athletes at the high school and collegiate levels are recognized annually for this prestigious honor.
The NFHCA All-American program is sponsored by The LineUp.
Nomination and Selection Details
Players are nominated by their own head coaches and the team is selected by NFHCA member coaches and committees.
All-American honorees will receive a plaque mailed to their coach. These awards will be created following the corrections deadlines. Coaches will be notified when the plaques have been shipped.
The LineUP is the sponsor of the NFHCA All-Region and All-American Team programs.
The LineUP is a cooperative of college coaches working in a collaborative effort to efficiently and effectively identify talent. The cooperative provides student-athletes the opportunity to determine and select the coaches they want to engage with, reducing costs and conflicts while offering small-group clinics at off-campus regional venues.
