NFHCA Collegiate Governance Advisory Council
The NFHCA Collegiate Advisory Council serves as the collective voice and strategic forum for collegiate field hockey coach members, advancing the interests of the game across divisions. Building on the Association’s role to advocate for and represent its members, the Council provides a structured, responsive platform to address NCAA legislation and playing rules, conference-level governance, and national trends impacting collegiate competition.
Through its divisional councils, the group strengthens communication across conferences, elevates division-specific and collegiate priorities, and ensures that coach perspectives inform decision-making at every level. The Council is designed to foster timely dialogue, coordinated advocacy, and meaningful feedback loops between membership and NFHCA leadership. Councils are composed of head coach representation from each NCAA field hockey conference.
