Nomination and Selection Details
The Regional Coaching Staff of the Year winners are placed on a National Coaching Staff of the Year divisional ballot for NFHCA member coaches to vote. The coaching staff with the most votes is presented with the National Coaching Staff of the Year award.

National Coaching Staff of the Year honorees are announced and presented with a trophy at the NFHCA Awards Dinner, the culminating event of the NFHCA Annual Convention.
