NFHCA Coaching Impact Award

Recognizes a club or scholastic coach member who has made a significant, positive impact on players, teams, and the field hockey community, beyond the pitch. This award celebrates not only a talented coach but also their leadership and positive mentorship on players’ personal growth. These honorees foster and instill strength of character, leaving a lifelong impact on the lives of those they coach.

Nomination and Selection Details

Anyone (coaches, student-athletes, administrators, fans, parents, etc.) can nominate club and scholastic coaches for this award. Nominations are accepted for the Coaching Impact Award every spring and reviewed and selected by the NFHCA Awards Committee.

Recognition

Honorees are recognized through a summer press release and also at the NFHCA Annual Convention in January.
