NFHCA Campfire Mentoring Program

A campfire is a call to gather and share in community. It demands that we slow down and reflect on shared experiences and lessons learned. It pulls us toward it for reflection, warmth, and conversation. The NFHCA Campfire Mentoring Program brings coaches together to share experiences, foster fellowship, and promote growth.

Small groups of three to seven coach members are assembled with a lead mentor to connect monthly from March through January. Join us in this Campfire Mentorship journey.

The application for 2024 is open January 3 – February 9 and can be found in the NFHCA member portal.  Campfire gatherings begin in early March.

It was a great space to share concerns and ideas and get input from other coaches dealing with similar issues!  It made me feel more at ease as a younger coach and grow as a professional.”
