- NCAA Division II national runner-up
- Reached the NCAA DII national championship game for a second straight season after winning the title in 2023
- Appeared in all 10 Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II National Coaches Polls during the 2024 season
- Landed five players on the PSAC All-Conference Teams
- This is the ninth straight season with 10-plus wins and the third in a row with 16-plus victories (16-6)
Shippensburg University, Co-Winner
Tara Zollinger, Ally Mooney, Katie Lammando
- Went undefeated in PSAC play and won its third PSAC Championship in school history with a 1-0 overtime victory over East Stroudsburg
- Led the nation in goals per game (3.57), goals-against average (0.80), scoring margin (2.71), and winning percentage (.905), while ranking second in the nation in corners per game (10.9), and assists per game (2.52) and points per game (9.67)
- Reached the NCAA Tournament for the 17th time in school history and the sixth time under Zollinger and her staff (10-3 all-time in NCAA Tournament)
- Went 11-1 against nationally-ranked opponents, with the only loss being to Kutztown in the national semifinals
East Region
Saint Anselm College

- First National Championship in Saint Anselm history (lowest seed to ever win)
- 18-6 Overall Record (10-3 in the NE10)
- NE10 Championship Berth
- Six team members were named to NE10 All-Conference teams, and two seniors were named to the NFHCA Division II Senior Team.
The 2024 NFHCA Division II National Coaching Staff of the Year will be announced on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the NFHCA Hall of Fame reception sponsored by AstroTurf® at the 2025 NFHCA Annual Convention.
The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) is a nonprofit organization serving field hockey coaches and supporters of the game from across the United States. The mission of the organization is to champion, strengthen, and celebrate field hockey coaches and the game. The NFHCA strives to cultivate and recognize the professional contributions of its membership and to foster and promote the growth of the sport. The NFHCA is responsible for providing a recognizable presence and voice in regard to legislation affecting the sport as well as interscholastic and intercollegiate programs.
