Christis, Albee named NFHCA Division II National Players of the Week

MANAHAWKIN, NJ  — Senior forward from No. 6 Southern New Hampshire University, Annamartine Christis, and Emma Albee, junior goalkeeper from No. 1 Shippensburg University, have been named this week’s NFHCA Division II Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively.

NFHCA Division II Defensive Player of the Week

 

Emma Albee, No. 1 Shippensburg, Jr., Goalkeeper (Basking Ridge, New Jersey)

  • Recorded her fifth shutout in seven starts this season in a 3-0 victory over then No. 4 Bloomsburg.
  • Leads the PSAC with a .958 save percentage and a microscopic 0.154 goals against average.

NFHCA Division II Offensive Player of the Week

Annamartine Christis, No. 6 Southern New Hampshire, Sr., Midfielder (‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands)

  • Named NE10 Player of the Week.
  • Tallied 13 points in three contests, helping the No. 6 Penmen to three road victories.
  • Has netted two goals in five straight games for SNHU.
