NFHCA Proudly Announces 2024 High School Impact Senior Team

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) is proud to announce the selection of more than 175 high school student-athletes from over 95 schools for the esteemed 2024 High School Impact Senior Team.

Westfield High School in Massachusetts, Nichols School in Buffalo, New York, Bishop O’Connell in Arlington, Virginia, and Thomas Worthington High School in Worthington, Ohio, led the pack, each landing four student-athletes on the distinguished list.

The NFHCA High School Impact Senior Team honors graduating seniors by celebrating their entire high school athletic careers. This recognition highlights not only their athletic achievements but also their leadership, service, and impact beyond the field.

To earn this distinction, student-athletes had to meet at least three of five character-based criteria—such as leadership and community service—along with five of ten athletic benchmarks. The NFHCA Awards Committee reviews the nominations and makes selections annually. The graduating class of 2025 has left a lasting mark, demonstrating exceptional leadership in their schools and communities, volunteering with charitable organizations, and excelling in competition. Many of these seniors have led their teams to postseason success while exemplifying sportsmanship and dedication.

The NFHCA is honored to continue recognizing these outstanding student-athletes and their remarkable contributions.

2024 NFHCA High School Impact Senior Team

Individualized digital certificates will be generated following the March 3 deadline for any spelling corrections. Email any spelling spelling or name corrections to awards@nfhca.org no later than March 3. Any corrections made after that cannot be modified. Digital certificates will be made available via email to the nominating coaches of each member institution by March 10, 2025.

The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) is a nonprofit organization serving field hockey coaches and supporters of the game from across the United States. The mission of the organization is to champion, strengthen, and celebrate field hockey coaches and the game. The NFHCA strives to cultivate and recognize the professional contributions of its membership and to foster and promote the growth of the sport. The NFHCA is responsible for providing a recognizable presence and voice in regard to legislation affecting the sport as well as interscholastic and intercollegiate programs.
