NFHCA Proudly Announces 2024 Division II National Team Academic Awards

MANAHAWKIN, NJ—The NFHCA proudly announces that it has honored 13 Division II teams with the esteemed 2024 National Academic Team Award.
This prestigious acknowledgment is granted to programs that have achieved an exceptional team grade-point average of 3.5 or higher during the fall semester of the current academic year.
American International College paced Division II, landing in the top spot with an overall team GPA of 3.76. Lincoln Memorial University was close behind, attaining a team-average GPA of 3.74, for second place.

One prestigious Division II academic award is yet to be unveiled — the National Scholar-Athlete on February 20. The Division II National Academic Squad and Scholars of Distinction were announced earlier this month.
The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) is a nonprofit organization serving field hockey coaches and supporters of the game from across the United States. The mission of the organization is to champion, strengthen, and celebrate field hockey coaches and the game. The NFHCA strives to cultivate and recognize the professional contributions of its membership and to foster and promote the growth of the sport. The NFHCA is responsible for providing a recognizable presence and voice in regard to legislation affecting the sport as well as interscholastic and intercollegiate programs.
