Webster, Danson named NFHCA Division I National Players of the Week
MANAHAWKIN, NJ —Graduate forward Makenna Webster and senior goalkeeper Abby Danson, both hailing from The Ohio State University, ranked 14th in the NFHCA Preseason Coaches Poll, have been named this week’s NFHCA Division I Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively.

Abby Danson, No. 14 Ohio State, Sr., Goalkeeper (Clifton Park, NY)
- B1G Defensive Player of the Week.
- Allowed just two goals in 116 minutes of action in victories over No. 20 Albany and Bucknell.
- Posted a .818 save percentage over the weekend.
NFHCA Division I Offensive Player of the Week
Makenna Webster, No. 14 Ohio State, Gr., Forward (St. Louis, MO)
- Named B1G Offensive Player of the Week.
- Recorded 10 points on four goals and two assists in two victories.
- Tallied her second career hat trick in a 6-1 win over No. 20 Albany.
