Rilyn Rabbai named NFHCA Club Player of the Month

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO —The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) has named New Jersey’s Spirit of USA’s forward and 2030 graduate Rilyn Rabbai as the NFHCA Club Player of the Month following a standout performance. The NFHCA Player of the Month is sponsored by Wrappit Wrappit.
Following an outstanding month competing across the U14, U16, and U19 age divisions for Spirit of USA in both Junior Premier Outdoor League (JPOL) play and USA Field Hockey Regional Club Championships (RCCs), Rilyn helped lead the U14 team to a championship title at RCCs, scoring 10 of the team’s 18 goals. The performance included a shootout goal that secured a berth in the championship game, followed by the game-winning goal in the final.
In JPOL competition, Rilyn emerged as the leading scorer for Spirit of USA across all three age groups. At the U19 level, Rilyn scored a hat trick in a key victory and added another goal to help secure the top seed in the pool. Rilyn is currently tied for third place in U19 JPOL goal scoring.
At the U16 level, Rilyn scored in every match and ranks sixth in goals scored. Competing primarily at the U14 level, Rilyn has also helped Spirit of USA climb to third place in the JPOL U14B standings.
