These awards, approved by the NFHCA Board of Directors, aim to recognize outstanding coaching achievements and contributions within the field hockey community.

The Club Coaching Staff of the Year award recognizes the collaborative efforts of coaching staff within club field hockey teams. This accolade celebrates the collective excellence, strategic vision, and positive influence of coaching teams in developing and nurturing talent at the club level.

The NFHCA Coaching Impact Award recognizes a club or scholastic coach member who has made a significant, positive impact on players, teams, and the field hockey community, beyond the pitch.
