Charlotte Standfast named NFHCA Club Player of the Month

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO —The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) has named New Jersey’s Phoenix Elite midfielder and 2028 graduate Charlotte Standfast as the NFHCA Club Player of the Month following a standout performance. The NFHCA Player of the Month is sponsored by Wrappit Wrappit.

Standfast helped power two undefeated tournament weekends in April, finishing with 6 goals and 6 assists across 9 games.

At the PSE Shooting Stars Jamboree, Standfast recorded 4 goals and 3 assists while helping Phoenix Elite U16 earn a program-best second-place finish in a competitive national showcase field. Charlotte also played a key role defensively on corners as the fly, contributing to a unit that allowed just two goals all weekend.

Momentum continued at the Team One 7v7 Classic, where Charlotte added 2 goals and 3 assists to lead the U16 squad to a first-place finish.

Across April, Phoenix Elite posted 6 wins, 3 ties, 0 losses, and 6 shutouts.
