NFHCA IMPACT Senior Team
High School
The NFHCA Impact Senior Team recognizes outstanding high school seniors who demonstrate excellence in leadership, character, and performance both on and off the field. Nominees must meet established athletic and character criteria, with consideration given to leadership, community service, individual achievement, and team impact.
The nomination period takes place each January. Nominations must be submitted by the student-athlete’s head coach, who must be an active NFHCA member. Member coaches will receive notification and access details when the nomination window opens and closes.
Nomination and Selection Details
Honorees are selected by an NFHCA committee composed of member coaches, based on nominations submitted by their head high school coach and in accordance with established selection guidelines and criteria.
Awards
Honorees receive an individualized digital certificate, emailed to their head coach in March. Coaches are notified when certificates are available.
