The NFHCA Impact Senior Team recognizes outstanding high school seniors for their leadership on and off the field. High school seniors must meet select character and athletic criteria to be eligible for selection.  Community service, leadership, individual and team performance are all taken into consideration for this award.

The nomination period for the Impact Senior Team is throughout the month of January each year.  Coaches must be active and current NFHCA members to nominate student-athletes for NFHCA awards.  Notification and access will be provided to member coaches when the nomination period opens and closes.
