NFHCA Scholars of Distinction

The Scholars of Distinction program recognizes undergraduate student-athletes and scholastic junior and senior student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.90 or higher (on a 4.00 scale) through the first semester of the current academic year.

The nomination period for the Scholars of Distinction program is throughout the month of January each year.  Coaches must be active and current NFHCA members to nominate student-athletes for NFHCA awards.  Notification and access will be provided to member coaches when the nomination period opens and closes.

Awards

Honorees receive an individualized digital certificate, emailed to their head coach in March. Coaches are notified when certificates are available.
