This week’s drill, 1v1 Sideline Channeling, will help your defenders keep their attackers to the outside of the field — a field hockey principle we can all get behind. This competitive drill uses strategically placed gates to help your defenders understand how to position themselves and how to use their footwork and tackling skills to keep attackers where they want them.
