The Professional Home for Field Hockey Coaches
The NFHCA is a community of coaches for coaches. Since 1992, the NFHCA has connected and supported field hockey coaches through education, leadership, recognition, advocacy, and community. What began as a collegiate coaches association expanded in 1996 to include club and scholastic coaches, strengthening the NFHCA into a nationwide network that now supports more than 1,700 coaches across all levels of the game. What We Do
We share a collective responsibility to support student-athletes, strengthen fellow coaches, and advance the game of field hockey for future generations. The NFHCA exists to connect, support, and advocate for coaches while elevating the visibility and impact of the sport nationwide. Through 25 awards and recognition programs, professional development opportunities, advocacy initiatives, and year-round mentorship and community connection, the NFHCA provides meaningful leadership and resources for coaches at every level of the game.
