The NFHCA National Coaching Staff of the Year award honors one coaching staff in each collegiate division whose leadership, performance, and impact defined the most recent field hockey season. Honorees are recognized at the annual NFHCA Hall of Fame & Awards Dinner in January, where each staff is presented with an award in recognition of their achievement.
Nomination and Selection Details
The Regional Coaching Staff of the Year winners are placed on a National Coaching Staff of the Year divisional ballot for NFHCA member coaches to vote. The coaching staff with the most votes is presented with the National Coaching Staff of the Year award.
