Some of her recent work that has received a lot of positive attention includes the development of the “Coach Ready” self-guided program for coaches at all levels.
Grisham will present, ‘Becoming a Leader’ – a framework shared with youth-level to elite-level teams as they seek to develop their leadership skills. This session is designed to help participants understand and embrace the essential stages of leadership development. Grisham has worked with college and high school teams, corporations, as well as to other coaches’ associations. As a speaker and experiential facilitator who excels at helping teams across various industries build and sustain strong, high-performing relationships, she is passionate about restoring team dynamics and ensuring they thrive under pressure. Her engaging and down-to-earth approach leaves audiences with practical tools they can use long after the event ends. She believes that healthier teams lead to happier humans, and happier humans drive success. The NFHCA is excited to welcome Grisham and her wisdom to the stage on day one of the 2025 NFHCA Annual Convention.
