Gant, Snyder named NFHCA August High School Players of the Month

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) recognizes two standout athletes as the August 2025 High School Players of the Month.
Offensive Player of the Month – Keeli Gant, Chantilly High School (VA), Forward, Class of 2028 (Next Level Club)
Gant tallied 15 goals and two assists in five wins to open Chantilly’s season. Leading as team captain, she established herself as a potent offensive presence, recording three games with three or more goals in August. Her highlights include a game-winning overtime goal off a defensive pickoff and a game where she contributed to all six goals.
Defensive Player of the Month – Paige Snyder, Mifflin County High School (PA), Goalkeeper, Class of 2027 (Blue Lions Club)
Snyder posted a flawless save percentage in regulation play, securing four shutouts across five games to help the Huskies to their best start in years. In her first season as a starter, she anchored a defense that did not concede a goal in August regulation play. Her standout performance came in a 14-save shutout against Susquenita High School.
