Room Block Information
NFHCA member rate: $156 – 176 per night
Member rates apply to bookings from January 10 — 17, 2023.
Last day to book with the NFHCA discounted rate is December 20, 2022!
The NFHCA will award up to 10 scholarships this year for the 2023 Annual Convention. Scholarships are only available to NFHCA members.
Scholarship applications are available under the “Forms” tab in the NFHCA Member Portal.
Application deadline: November 1, 2022
The NFHCA Convention Committee will review and make scholarship selections no later than November 30, 2022.
Health & Safety
Health & Safety
All NFHCA Annual Convention attendees and exhibitors will be required to follow all COVID-19 health and safety protocols issued by the NFHCA, the venue, and the local government in order to attend the event. Protocols may include showing proof of vaccination, showing proof of negative COVID-19 test results, and wearing a mask while onsite in order to attend the event. More details about the event’s health and safety protocols will be shared with registrants prior to the event.
All cancellation requests must be in writing from the original registrant and emailed to email@example.com. Cancellations received on or prior to November 1, 2022 will receive a refund, minus an administrative fee of $75. No refunds will be given on or after November 1, 2022. The NFHCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate supporting documentation no later than January 10, 2023. Only extenuating circumstances will be considered. On and after January 11, 2023, no refund considerations will be made.
Registration transfers are permitted by submitting a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than January 5, 2023. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant and a $15 transfer fee will be assessed and due upon transfer. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Convention badge sharing is strictly prohibited.
