The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Convention badge sharing is strictly prohibited.
Health & Safety
Health & Safety
The NFHCA recommends that attendees be up to date on their vaccinations. Convention attendees are reminded to be respectful of individual choices made by fellow attendees, NFHCA staff, and others at the Convention. These guidelines are subject to change at any point, and attendees will be notified if any additional requirements are implemented. All NFHCA Annual Convention attendees and exhibitors will be required to follow health and safety protocols issued by the NFHCA, the venue, and the local government in order to attend the event. The NFHCA cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of participation at the Convention. By registering as an attendee, speaker, or exhibitor, you are:
Acknowledging the contagious nature of COVID-19 and that exposure or infection may result in injury or illness;
Assuming the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the NFHCA Convention, which exposure or infection may come from the actions, omissions, or negligence of you or others;
Releasing, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the NFHCA, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any injury to you resulting from being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 in connection with your attendance at NFHCA events
