Drury, Koprivova named Play Safe Turf & Track/NFHCA Division II National Players of the Week

BROCKPORT, N.Y. — Tereza Koprivova, freshman goalkeeper from Limestone University, and Lily Drury, freshman forward from Newberry College, have been named this week’s Play Safe Turf & Track/NFHCA Division II Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, respectively.

Tereza Koprivova, Limestone University, Fr., Goalkeeper (Olesna, Czech Republic)

Koprivova secured a shutout in her first collegiate start for Limestone University. Last week against Converse College, Koprivova faced five shots and made one save to keep the scoreboard clear for the Saints.

Koprivova was named South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.

Lily Drury, Newberry College, Fr., Forward (Ballarat, Australia)

Drury contributed four points in Newberry College’s 6-0 win over the University of Mount Olive last week. In just the third game of her collegiate career, Drury netted the fourth and sixth goal of the contest. She currently leads the Wolves and the South Atlantic Conference in both goals (4) and points (8).

Drury was named South Atlantic Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.
