This week’s drill, Goalkeeper Agility, from¬†Barb Weinberg, head coach at the University of Massachusetts,¬†will train your goalkeepers to be athletic and agile in their pads. This multifaceted warm-up drill keeps your GKs moving, making saves, and staying engaged for rebounds.
