No, not Area 51, but close because this drill is so good it should be classified.

We kid, we kid. But this drill is one you’ll be coming back to often, because it includes a lot of variety and is highly modifiable.

The Area 4-1 drill keeps your players on their toes by forcing them to adapt to different number scenarios and make appropriate tactical choices. Throughout this drill, you can remind your players to adjust their body position (defenders) or structure (attackers) depending on their numbers. Sandy also provides good recommendations for adding extra chaos to this drill or modifying it to adhere to COVID-19 limitations.
