NFHCA DEI Spotlight REcognition

Developed by the NFHCA’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) Committee, the purpose of the DEI Spotlight is to recognize a deserving U.S. based field hockey individual, group, or organization making an impact in the DEI space through education, advocacy, and allyship.

Nomination and Selection Details

Members and non-members of the NFHCA can nominate an individual, group, or organization for consideration for DEI Spotlight recognition on a rolling basis. Nominations submitted January 1 – December 1 will be considered for recognition in January annually. Review and selection of the nominations are conducted by a designated subcommittee of the NFHCA DEI Committee.

Recognition

Honorees are recognized through an NFHCA news release annually, in January.
