Convention Hotel
The Orlando Marriott Lake Mary hotel is the official host site of the 2027 NFHCA Annual Convention, putting you steps away from Convention programming. The hotel offers on-site dining and a convenient location near additional restaurants and amenities.
A special NFHCA room rate is available through December 18, 2026, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. Rooms have typically sold out by late November, so early reservations are strongly encouraged. The NFHCA room block is reserved exclusively for registered Convention attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and Hall of Fame event guests.

Two convenient airport options serve the Lake Mary area.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) – approximately 38 miles from the hotel and 34 miles from the Boombah Sports Complex where Winter Escape Showcase is hosted.
Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) – approximately 9 miles from the hotel and 3 miles from the Boombah Sports Complex where Winter Escape Showcase is hosted.

Collegiate Members
Your Convention experience begins Tuesday, January 12, with registration check-in from 2:30–4:45 p.m. and collegiate membership meetings beginning at 5:00 p.m. Plan to be there from the start. Meetings will cover NCAA rules modifications, collegiate sport governance, the annual scouting report and legal insight from Sam Ekstrand, the NFHCA Film Exchange, collegiate member submitted agenda topics, and other trends and issues shaping the college game. It’s also your opportunity to advocate, vote, and use your voice on matters impacting your division and collegiate field hockey.
Convention sessions conclude on Friday, January 15 by 10:30 a.m., immediately followed by the NFHCA Winter Escape Showcase recruiting event at Boombah Sports Complex! The Showcase runs until 3:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 17 with games and showcase events all day Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday.
Club, Scholastic, Honorary, and Affiliate Members
Your Convention experience begins Wednesday, January 13, with registration check-in from 1:30 p.m – 2:45 p.m. with programming beginning at 3:00 p.m. The broader Convention community comes together beginning Wednesday for education, connection, and shared programming across all levels of the game while Tuesday night is dedicated specifically to collegiate governance and NCAA-related business.
Convention sessions conclude on Friday, January 15 by 10:30 a.m., immediately followed by the NFHCA Winter Escape Showcase event at Boombah Sports Complex.
