Collegiate members begin with membership meetings on Tuesday evening, January 12, and should plan to arrive in Orlando no later than 3:45 p.m. ET to allow for adequate travel time to the hotel if arriving by flight.  Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 38 miles from the hotel, while Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is approximately 9 miles away.

Affiliate, Club, and Scholastic members begin Wednesday afternoon, January 13, and should plan to arrive by 1:45 p.m. ET on January 13. One-Day Pass holders may access Convention programming beginning with Thursday morning breakfast sessions.
