GILBERT, Ariz. — Sarah Dwyer, senior goalkeeper from No. 9 Boston College, and Carolin Hoffmann, junior forward from No. 12 Syracuse University, have been named this week's Play Safe Turf & Track/NFHCA Division I Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, respectively.

Sarah Dwyer, Boston College, Sr., Goalkeeper (West Long Branch, New Jersey)
Dwyer led No. 9 Boston College to a 1-0 win over No. 4 Duke University last weekend, making three critical saves in 60 minutes of action. Dwyer's shutout against the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) rival secured BC's No. 2 seed in the upcoming conference tournament. Currently, Dwyer is ranked second in the nation in both goals against average and save percentage.
Dwyer was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week.
Play Safe Turf & Track/NFHCA Division I Offensive Player of the Week
Carolin Hoffmann, Syracuse University, Jr., Forward (Mulheim an der Ruhr, Germany)
Hoffmann scored two goals in a crucial regular-season finale over No. 6 University of Louisville last Saturday. Hoffmann scored both the equalizer and the game-winning goal in overtime as No. 12 Syracuse University defeated the Cardinals 2-1 and secured the fourth seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament.
Hoffmann was named ACC Offensive Player of the Week.
