Annual Convention Scholarships

The NFHCA is offering 12 scholarships for the 2020 NFHCA Annual Convention.

Two (2) scholarships will cover registration fees and a three night hotel stay, 10 scholarships will cover 2020 NFHCA Annual Convention registration fees only. 

Interested coaches will be required to complete and submit the applications by November 13, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Candidates must show financial need as well as a genuine interest in attending the Annual Convention and expanding their role within the association. A given applicant may only receive an Annual Convention Scholarship one time during their coaching career. Non-NFHCA members are welcome to apply, but will be expected to establish an NFHCA membership before the 2020 NFHCA Annual Convention.

All scholarship applications will be reviewed by a small committee comprised of current NFHCA Executive Board members. Applicants will be notified via email as to the status of their applications prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and selected candidates will have five days to accept or decline the scholarship.

The Ready2Coach powered by Longstreth sessions are on-field presentations at the Boombah Sports Complex. Presenters will address different segments of the game and provide you with fresh ideas to implement in your team's training.

New this year, coaches may register to attend the Ready2Coach powered by Longstreth on-field clinics for $100.

Club coaches attending the Winter Escape Showcase with their team will receive $25 off their Ready2Coach registration.

Vendor Information


Event Information

We expect 300-350 college, high school, junior high school, and club coaches from across the United States to attend this year’s event. 

Vendors will be permitted to set up their booths during the late morning hours on Tuesday, January 14. Vendor booths will remain open through the conclusion of the NFHCA Awards Dinner sponsored by AstroTurf on Thursday, January 16. Please note that the majority of the activities scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, January 16 will be held off-site at an outdoor facility. Vendor space will not be available at the outdoor facility.

NFHCA Awards Dinner sponsored by AstroTurf

The AstroTurf Pregame, a pre-event cocktail reception, will begin at 6:30 p.m. 

Attire for the NFHCA Awards Dinner sponsored by AstroTurf is business casual.
